YUP, ERNESTO FRIERI IS A YANKEE!

We saw all the rumors, and the WHAM... it happened... Ernesto Frieri is signed by the New York Yankees.

Just a small story here, but it's a pitcher, and you know how Bleeding Yankee Blue loves when the Yankees stock pile arms.  Well... they did it again.

MLB Trade Rumors writes:

"The Yankees have announced a minor-league deal with Frieri that includes an invitation to MLB camp."

Jack Curry wrote this of Frieri:

Frieri worked out for Yankees today. Girardi noted that he has been a closer in his career. Had 37 saves for Angels in 2013.
